Personal Interests

"Balance, curiosity, and connection fuel my life outside psychiatry—because personal well-being is the foundation of professional excellence."

Outside of my professional work, I’m passionate about wellness and creativity. I enjoy integrative medicine, osteopathic practices, and continuing to explore holistic approaches to healing. My free time often includes biking, swimming, cooking, gardening, and going on nature walks with my son and our Shih Tzu.

I also love visiting art museums, watching classic films, exploring bed and breakfasts, and spending quiet evenings with a good book or a new recipe.
