How it works

Psychiatric QME Evaluations

I conduct psychiatric evaluations for a variety of medical-legal needs. My evaluations are evidence-based, fair, and clearly documented to assist legal and insurance professionals.

Once a case referral is received, an evaluation appointment is scheduled promptly. I coordinate with attorneys, insurers, and other involved parties to ensure all necessary records and information are prepared in advance.

During the evaluation, I conduct a thorough psychiatric assessment, including a detailed clinical interview and review of all relevant medical and legal documentation. Each evaluation is approached with objectivity, respect, and professionalism.

After the evaluation, I prepare a clear, objective, and evidence-based report. My reports address psychiatric diagnoses, functional impairments, causation, and apportionment — providing legal and insurance professionals with the clarity they need.

Final reports are delivered within an agreed-upon timeframe. I am also available for clarifications or follow-up discussions to ensure the report supports a fair and informed outcome.
